Could make a place on the internet for that. Forum or something. Discord server maybe. Vet people’s portfolio on entry. Notepad of ideas is absolutely a portfolio.

Also I’m not sure what you mean by creative types because that encompasses everything from painting, to film, to sending people to the moon. Figure out what you’re after first.
